As a first time buyer, I was apprehensive to say the least. Jeb was a life-saver throughout the entire experience. His knowledge and guidance made the process an enjoyable one. He took time to explain things to me and answer any and all questions I had...no matter what time of the day or night I had them. Jeb is a wonderful agent!

Jeb is an excellent agent! We were out of state buyers. Trying to purchase a home 3,000 miles away is stressful (even with the Internet). We wanted a very specific kind of home and to make matters worse, we were on a dead line. By the time we began working with Jeb, we had already experienced two sellers who rejected full price offers…what is a buyer supposed to do with that?!! Frustrated and becoming skeptical about our real estate prospects, I imagine we were not easy clients. Yet Jeb found our perfect home and negotiated a quick and relatively painless closing. We are still in awed by how smoothly this transaction went. This is because Jeb is well organized. His communications skills are excellent and he is meticulous when it comes to the details. In real estate, details are everything! We are exceedingly grateful for Jeb’s good humor and professionalism. He was a joy to work with.

A native of Ellijay and Dalton, Jeb Arp came to Rome to attend Berry College. Upon graduation, Jeb embraced Rome as his new home. Jeb received his doctorate degree from The University of Alabama in instructional leadership and serves as assistant principal at Garden Lakes Elementary School.
